Legacy Society
A planned gift is one of the most impactful and meaningful ways to provide continued support for the things that matter to you most. When you choose to leave the Foundations of Catholic Health as a beneficiary of your estate, you will automatically become a member of one of our legacy societies. Recognition for your generous commitment include listing your name in our legacy society roster in the appropriate hospital lobby, invitations to attend special member-only legacy society events and acknowledgement of your legacy society membership in our annual Gratitude Report. Membership in one of our legacy societies also provide exclusive opportunities to interact with hospital leadership and medical professionals. Depending on the type of commitment, additional opportunities of recognition may include naming rights.
